This project involved two separate photoshoots, one in Georgia and one in Arizona. The shoots were very different. In Georgia, we were able to control the lighting and setting, and in Arizona we were in an old, hot barn and our options were much more limited.

I wanted to saturate the poster with oranges, browns, and yellows, and dust was a prominent element throughout the composition.

For the foreground, I composited a new landscape from about 4 different shots and the cactus had to be movable for our various layouts.

It was decided later in the project to add additional characters to the poster.
